Changed my mind from doing two big runs back to back and decided to take the weight off my knees and legs a little bit and had a gym session and a swim before my weekend of games.
6 weeks isn't long and it will fly by! Trying to do a 15 miler each day next week, bar a day which I'll have off.
Last week 09/04 - 15/04
Monday - Touch judged Super League
Tuesday - Run - 9.71 miles (1 hour 15 minutes)
Wednesday - Day off
Thursday - Run - 15.55 miles (2 hours 1 minute)
Friday - Gym plus swim
Saturday - Refereed Academy game
Sunday - Touch judged Challenge Cup
Time to put the effort in!!
