Thursday - Run to gym - 4.5 miles (Approx . 30 minutes) then upper body weights session
Friday - Touch judged Challenge Cup
Saturday - Day off
Sunday -Run - 2 x 13 miles (1 hour 54 minutes and 1 hour 56 minutes)
