Training - update

Last week 19/03 - 25/03
Monday - Run - 9.08 miles (1 hour 13 minutes)
Tuesday - Run - 7.11 miles (54 minutes 20 seconds)
Wednesday.  Run - 13.82 miles (1 hour 53 minutes)
Thursday - Day off
Friday - 90 minute squash game
Saturday - Refereed reserves game
Sunday - Touch judged super league


Less mileage than last week but active every day, didn't want to be burnt out for the weekend so a calmer end to the working week.
