Training - update

Monday - Run - 19.78 miles (2 hours 49 minutes)
Tuesday - 90 minute squash game
Wednesday.  Run - 7.26 miles (59 minutes 14 seconds)
Thursday - Refereed reserves game
Friday - Day off
Saturday -Touch judged super league
Sunday - Run to the gym (5.19 miles there, 41 minutes 42 seconds, 5.48 miles back, 41 minutes 51 seconds and 30 minutes upper body weights session)
