Last week 27/2 - 04/3
Monday - 90 minute squash game
Tuesday - Run - 16.02 miles (2 hours 17 minutes)
Wednesday. Afternoon - Refereed student game.
Thursday - Run - 7.59 miles (57 minutes 28 seconds)
Friday - Day off
Saturday -Small bike ride
Sunday - Touch judged super league
Legs are holding up well!
Been recommended ice baths are the best for recovery so might be braving those after each day in Cornwall!

Keep it up but only increase weekely mileage by 10% max. Your training is going well. How is the sponsorship coming along?
