Thursday - Gym - upper body weights session
Friday - Run - 14.86 miles (1 hour 58 minutes)
Saturday - Refereed U20's game
Sunday - Touch judged Super League

Two more weeks to go, last vaguely intense running schedule this week and an easy week next week. Everything is in place and I'm ready to do it.
